Description: The successful contractor will provide Rideshare with a fully developed 511 Telephone
and Website Application in addition to providing maintenance and upgrades for the term
of the contract. The project will include a phone and website system that provides
information on road congestion and incidents as well as incorporates multimodal

information (dial-a-ride, transit agencies, ridesharing and bicycling) and has the ability to
seamlessly transfer from the 511 Traveler Interactive Telephone System to live
operators. The system will be available in both English (automated) and Spanish (live
assistance) until additional funding is secured and upgrades are made for a fully
automated multi-lingual system.
