Description: The intent of this Request for Proposal (?FP? is to obtain proposals from qualified contractors to perform comprehensive Construction Engineering and Inspection Services (?EI? to include on-site quality assurance and control, administrative services, materials testing and construction engineering and inspection services during the construction of the Route 7/607 Interchange project (the ?roject?, in Loudoun County, Virginia. Bids for the construction of the Project are due the end of October. The award for the construction of the Project is anticipated for November 2008.
