Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Fremont County Community College District, State of Wyoming, operating as Central Wyoming College, (CWC), is requesting proposals for the Little Theater Seat Replacement Project in the Student Center Building on the Riverton, Wyoming campus.

The Vice President for Administrative Services will receive proposals in Room AW145 of the Administration Wing Building, 2660 Peck Avenue, Riverton, Wyoming 82501, until July 31, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. The college is seeking proposals that best meet the needs of the college, which includes ease of administering this project. Proposals shall be sealed and clearly marked “Little Theater Seat Replacement Project”. Proposals will be opened and read publicly shortly after 2:00 p.m. in Room AW 138. A contract will not be awarded until CWC has reviewed the proposals and authorized negotiation of a contract.

Proposal documents can be obtained at the Central Wyoming College Administrative Services office located in Room AW144 of the Administration Wing, 2660 Peck Avenue, Riverton, Wyoming 82501, or by calling Mary Tasi at (307) 855-2100.

CWC reserves the privilege to reject any or all proposals or waiving any irregularities or informalities in any proposal or in the RFP process.
