PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT FOR SEALED BIDS
Sealed bids addressed to the City Manager or the City of Sachse will be
received until 10:00 a.m. on Friday the 21st of November, 2008 at the
office of the City Secretary, City of Sachse, 5560 Highway 78, Sachse,
Texas, 75048. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the
following:
Mowing and lawn maintenance of various city properties, medians
and right-of-ways
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Friday, the 14th of
November, 2008 at 10:00 a.m.
The pre-bid meeting will be at the Parks and Recreation Department, 3707
Sachse Road, Sachse, Texas, 75048.
Bid specifications are available at the Parks and Recreation Department,
3707 Sachse Road, Sachse, Texas, 75048. The city reserves the right to
reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. In case of ambiguity
or lack of clearness in stating the price in the bids, the city reserves
the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or
reject the bid. Award of bid will be at a following City Council
