Description: The purpose of this Invitation For Bid is to establish a contract for tree maintenance, removal, and related work located in the public rights-of-way and on public properties for the Town of Vienna Department of Parks and Recreation. Bidders shall be certified by the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), licensed, insured and bonded, and having the experience and equipment to perform tree maintenance and removal work in accordance with the specifications herein.
